About Sarge Trucking ServicesA word worth standing behind.

Sarge began with Tony Gomez, one truck and a willingness to take responsibility for every part of the job.

Every commitment was his to keep.

Tony founded the company in July 2011 after serving in the U.S. Army. He drove the truck, maintained it, found the customers and handled the books.

That beginning still shapes Sarge: discipline in preparation, honesty in communication and personal responsibility for following through.

Today, we provide oilfield trucking and field services throughout Southeastern New Mexico and the Permian Basin.

Reliability takes people who care about their part.

Leadership

Tony’s values were shaped by service and tested by the practical demands of building a business.

He completed Airborne, Ranger and Special Forces training, served two deployments in Afghanistan and took part in assignments training armed forces in South America.

Music became another chapter. Before deploying, Tony recorded an album for his parents in case he didn’t come home. That recording led to a performing career that included Spanish-language television and national tours.

Between tours, he began working in the oilfield. The opportunity he found there became Sarge. Starting with one truck meant doing the driving, maintenance, sales and accounting himself.

That experience set the standard the company still keeps: prepare for the work, give an honest answer and follow through on your word.

CFO

Claudia brings the practical experience of building and running businesses to Sarge’s financial leadership.

She learned that work in her family’s music business. Performing alongside her father and brothers from the age of six, she saw persistence turn an opportunity into a livelihood.

The family recorded albums, sold CDs door to door and traveled across the country. As the business grew, Claudia took on the accounting, invoicing and shipping that kept it running.

She and Tony later opened a western-wear store in Roswell before moving into the oilfield and building more businesses together.

Her approach is practical: keep moving, work through obstacles and stay grateful for the road.

We do what we say.

For our customers, that means clear commitments and dependable follow-through. For our people, it means honest communication, responsibility for the work and respect for the judgment the job requires.
